1. How International Shipping Works

- Add your desired items to your shopping cart.
- Take a screenshot or copy the list of items (include sizes, colors, and quantities).
- Email us your order at Info@western-linens.com with the subject line:
“International Order Request – [Your Country Name]” - We’ll confirm availability and prepare a custom shipping quote based on your location.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a secure payment link and shipping invoice.
- After payment, your order will be carefully packed and shipped — tracking details included!

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

All international shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear while your parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame or seems lost in transit:
